AGENSI PEKERJAAN KZ GROUP (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, lead diverse teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will conduct toolbox meetings, inspect workmanship, coordinate with clients and management, and help manage site budgets while upholding high safety standards and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety regulations.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join AGENSI PEKERJAAN KZ GROUP (M) SDN BHD in a full-time capacity based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This is a key leadership position within our construction operations, where you will oversee daily site activities, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. As Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship and professional site management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Manage and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and labourers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a strong safety culture on site
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements
• Monitor project progress and report on completion status, identifying and resolving delays or issues promptly
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance logs, material documentation, and safety records
• Liaise between the site team, project management, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of materials and equipment on site
• Identify and rectify health and safety hazards, and enforce adherence to company safety policies
• Manage site budgets and assist in controlling costs through efficient resource allocation

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and Malay
• Computer literacy with experience in relevant construction management software
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to different project sites as required
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management, supervisory training, or health and safety are preferred
