Job summary

Kayangan Kemas Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily site activities, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure work meets drawings and specifications.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, 2–5 years of supervision experience, and strong leadership with safety compliance. On-site work with KL & JB travel is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience in construction/engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies (HSE requirements).
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities (daily reports, site diaries, etc.).
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients when required.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
