Job summary

Iswarabena Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Klang, Selangor construction team. This full-time role oversees daily site operations, enforces safety standards, and drives productivity to ensure projects finish on schedule and within budget.

As Site Supervisor you will lead field crews, monitor quality, coordinate with project managers and clients, and maintain accurate records. A proven track record in construction supervision and strong safety awareness are essential

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and best practices.
Understand health and safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site to meet schedules and specs.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Manage and motivate the construction workforce including labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote safety culture on site.
Prepare and maintain accurate site records, progress reports and safety logs.
Liaise with project managers, clients and stakeholders for clear communication and alignment.
