Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and standard practices relevant to civil, structural or building works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily construction activities on site, ensuring progress per schedules and specs.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental regulations for a safe site.
• Motivate construction workers, subcontractors and site personnel to meet productivity targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, defects or non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Provide updates to project managers, engineers and clients on progress and changes.
