Job summary

Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of our construction projects on a contract basis. You will coordinate crews, liaise with managers, architects and clients, lead the on-site team, enforce safety protocols, and implement quality control measures to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in construction planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

About the role

Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on a contract basis. As Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
