Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction operations on projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently and to high standards while coordinating with project managers and clients.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Building/Civil Engineering, strong leadership and the ability to read plans and specifications. On-site supervision with a focus on quality control is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building/Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience as a Site Supervisor or similar construction role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints and specs.
• Knowledge of safety practices and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction workers to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor on-site progress and address delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate updates with project managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
