Job summary

Thiam Sieng Steel Centre Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Supervisor with construction industry experience to coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.

You will ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards, while preparing progress reports for management. Preferred candidates have site supervision or site management experience and hold a Diploma, Certificate, or related qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the construction industry is required.
• Candidates with site supervision or site management experience will be given preference.
• Diploma, Certificate, or other relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as this role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
