Job summary

Iswarabena Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Klang, Selangor construction team. This full-time role oversees daily site operations, enforces safety standards, and drives productivity to ensure projects finish on schedule and within budget.

As Site Supervisor you will lead field crews, monitor quality, coordinate with project managers and clients, and maintain accurate records. A proven track record in construction supervision and strong safety awareness are essential

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and best practices.
• Understand health and safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements.

About the role Iswarabena Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, maintaining safety standards, managing workforce efficiency, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Your leadership and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship and professional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site, ensuring work progresses according to project schedules and specifications

Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Manage and motivate the construction workforce, including labourers, tradespeople, and subcontractors

Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a culture of health and safety on site

Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress documentation, and safety logs

Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment

Identify and resolve site issues promptly, including material shortages, equipment problems, and workforce challenges

Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work meets quality standards and contractual requirements

Manage site security, housekeeping, and environmental compliance

Support resource planning and assist in managing project budgets and costs

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices relevant to the Malaysian construction sector

In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental compliance requirements

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse workforces

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders

Proficiency in site documentation, record-keeping, and basic report writing

Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in making decisions under pressure

Physical fitness and willingness to work on construction sites in varying weather conditions

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Relevant certifications in health and safety, first aid, or construction supervision are highly desirable

Experience with construction management software and digital tools is advantageous
