We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join TAHAP WIRA SDN BHD in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, maintaining safety standards, managing workforce productivity and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This position is instrumental in bridging communication between senior management and on-site teams, making it essential to the overall success of our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all activities on the construction site, ensuring work progresses according to project schedules and specifications

Monitor and enforce health, safety and environmental standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel

Manage workforce scheduling, allocation of tasks and daily reporting to ensure optimal productivity and resource utilisation

Conduct daily site inspections to verify quality of work and compliance with construction plans and industry standards

Liaise between the project management office and on-site teams to communicate updates, changes and instructions

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports and incident documentation

Manage site materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance and efficient use

Identify and address potential safety hazards, operational delays and quality issues before they escalated

Support training and development of site personnel to enhance skills and maintain professional standards

Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations, permits and company policies

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar supervisory role

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety regulations

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans and specifications

Sound understanding of project management principles and quality control procedures

Competency in using basic computer applications for documentation and reporting

Current or ability to obtain relevant certifications such as CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) or equivalent safety qualifications

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards

Physical ability to work on construction sites and adapt to varying weather conditions
