Job summary

Jasmurni Development Sdn Bhd in Klang Valley, KL is seeking a passionate Site Supervisor with strong CAD/AutoCAD skills to join our building construction team. You will oversee site planning, monitor progress, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure drawings and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in relevant field, can work under pressure with minimal supervision, and is proactive, responsible and independent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant field.
• Able to work under pressure with least supervision.
• Proactive, Responsible, Independent and Passionate.

Responsibilities

• Site planning, monitoring and supervise all site works.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure works carries out according to program.
• Check on drawings to ensure works done are as per requirements and quality standards.
• Provide accurate reports on site progress.
• Deal with client, consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Arrange day works for site supervisors and general workers.
• Control and Plan for material usage and wastage at site.
• Prepare work-done certificate and claims.
