Job summary

Wavepool & Fountain Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role oversees daily site operations, manages construction teams and ensures quality, safety and efficiency to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of site supervision experience, strong leadership and drawing-reading skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction supervision or site management roles.
• Proven expertise in managing construction teams and coordinating multiple trades on site.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications such as CIDB certification, safety training or project management credentials are advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic computer applications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to project schedules and specifications.
• Manage and motivate construction teams, including labourers, tradespersons and subcontractors, to maintain productivity and morale.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work quality, safety standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, including daily progress logs, safety records and incident documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and management of construction materials and equipment on site.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Coordinate with main contractor, including clients, architects and local authorities, as required.
