Job summary

Jaya Bintang Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage construction activities at our Puncak Alam and Kelana Jaya sites in SELANGOR. The role requires coordinating with sub-contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with contract drawings and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil/Construction/Structural) with at least 1 year of site supervision experience, and is proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English to communicate with diverse teams

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at sites in Puncak Alam and Kelana Jaya, Selangor.
Coordinate with sub-contractors and main contractors to meet deadlines.
Inspect sites regularly to identify safety hazards and implement controls.
Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents.
Manage on-site progress, schedules, quality, and documentation.
Liaise with team members and external parties as required.
Maintain attendance records and evaluate workers' performance.
