Job summary

TANJUNG MANIS CORPORATION SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily project tasks across multiple sites in Malaysia. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure work aligns with design, safety, and budget requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1 to 3 years of site supervision experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while handling multiple sites. AutoCAD and MS Office are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily project tasks to keep work on track.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Review drawings to match design, safety, and budget specs.
• Improve efficiency by recommending site changes.
• Liaise with purchasing to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Assist with measurements, progress claims, payments, and variation orders with QS.
• Ensure quality workmanship on site.
• Update site diary daily and prepare progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and update project managers and subcontractors.
• Travel to different project locations as required.
