Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Quality Coordinator to travel to construction sites, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement resolutions. You will inspect tiles and related products, ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements, and report findings to supervision.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and strong reporting capabilities within Malaysia's building materials sector.

Competenze

• Experience in Quality Control/QA in manufacturing or building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of tile inspection methods and quality standards preferred.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
• Good communication and reporting skills essential.
• Able to work independently or in a team; training provided for fresh graduates.

Willing to travel to construction site of customer to attend complaint, finding root cause as well as resolve quality issue.

Follow established operating procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards accurately.

Inspect products and make appropriate quality judgments based on inspection results.

Ensure inspection activities are carried out according to the latest quality standards and customer requirements.

Identify and prevent defective tiles from being released to customers.

Report quality issues, defects, and inspection findings promptly to the Supervisor.

Prepare inspection and quality reports as required.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and management instructions.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or the Building Materials industry is an added advantage.

Knowledge of tile inspection methods and quality standards is preferred.

Able to read and follow work instructions and inspection procedures.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer literacy and report-writing skills will be an added advantage.
