BINA CEKAP CERAMICA SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor (TILING WORK) in Kulai, Johor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely, safe project delivery.

The role requires coordinating with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining high quality standards across construction activities. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.

About the roleJoin Bina Cekap Ceramica Sdn Bhd as a Site Supervisor (TILING WORK) in Kulai Johor, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading construction company.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards

Manage and monitor the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project execution

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with the project management team to address any issues or concerns

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimise construction methods

Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress, including daily reports, timesheets, and material tracking

Provide regular updates to the project manager and senior management on the status of the project

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role, preferably in the Construction industry

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders

Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to construction sites as required
