Job summary

Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Quality Coordinator to travel to construction sites, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement resolutions. You will inspect tiles and related products, ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements, and report findings to supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control/QA in manufacturing or building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of tile inspection methods and quality standards preferred.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
• Good communication and reporting skills essential.
• Able to work independently or in a team; training provided for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Travel to construction sites to inspect, identify root causes, and resolve quality issues.
• Inspect products and render quality judgments based on standards.
• Ensure inspection activities align with latest quality standards and customer requirements.
• Identify and prevent defective tiles from reaching customers.
• Report quality issues and inspection findings promptly to the supervisor.
• Prepare inspection and quality reports as required.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and management instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
