Jubin BMS in Malaysia is seeking an Indoor Sales Advisor to greet walk-in customers, understand needs, and recommend tiles, stones and sanitary products. You will provide consultations and promote products to achieve sales goals, while helping customers locate items and make informed purchases.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features, promotions, and best-selling products. This role requires 2–3 years of retail sales experience, strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to work 6 days

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM or diploma qualification.
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work 6 days per week including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in building materials or related sectors is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and recommend products.

• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
• Ensure showroom or sales area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
