Job summary

Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Procurement Assistant/Executive to support purchasing activities across vendors and internal teams. This role requires meticulous follow-up on shipments, order records, and timely payments.

You will carry out purchasing plans, inspect inventory, and coordinate with delivery teams to resolve delays. Applicants should have a minimum diploma and at least two years of relevant experience, and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendor / suppliers on the purchasing process.
• Closely follow up with the shipment and delivery status.

Liaise with vendor / suppliers on the purchasing process

Closely follow up with the shipment and delivery status.

Carry out purchase plan.
