Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of BMS Holding Berhad in Malaysia, invites a motivated showroom Sales Executive to join its team. You will greet walk-in customers, recommend products like tiles, sanitary ware, and natural stone, and guide them through the purchasing journey at our Selangor showroom and other locations.

With 2–3 years’ retail sales experience, you will help achieve sales targets, maintain an attractive showroom, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service.

Competenze

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in retail/building materials or related industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented with ability to upsell.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS systems.

Welcome and assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs, providing professional product recommendations, and guiding them through the purchasing journey.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques, proactive customer engagement, and successful sales conversion.

Identify sales opportunities and confidently promote products, upsell where appropriate, and close sales transactions.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, benefits, and ongoing promotions to provide accurate product information and consultation.

Monitor best-selling products, promotional campaigns, and key product highlights to maximize sales performance and customer awareness.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage customer loyalty, repeat business, and positive brand experience.

Prepare and submit weekly sales and operational reports to the Supervisor.

Provide constructive feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team to enhance overall team performance and service standards.

Ensure the showroom and sales area are well-maintained, organized, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail, building materials, home improvement, tiles, sanitary ware, or related industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales targets.

Good knowledge of retail sales processes and customer relationship management.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales or POS systems.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Candidates with experience in building materials, home improvement products, tiles, sanitary ware, or related products will have an added advantage.
