Job summary

Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of BMS Holding Berhad in Malaysia, invites a motivated showroom Sales Executive to join its team. You will greet walk-in customers, recommend products like tiles, sanitary ware, and natural stone, and guide them through the purchasing journey at our Selangor showroom and other locations.

With 2–3 years’ retail sales experience, you will help achieve sales targets, maintain an attractive showroom, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in retail/building materials or related industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented with ability to upsell.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with needs and product recommendations.
• Provide professional product consultations and guide purchasing journey.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Identify sales opportunities and close sales transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and promotions.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales and operational reports.
• Ensure showroom and sales area are well-maintained and aligned with standards.
