Job summary

Lotte Chemical Titan Malaysia is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator with 2–3 years in shipping and logistics. The role handles import/export documentation, prepares shipping reports, and coordinates domestic trucking.

You will liaise with port terminals, shipping agents, and authorities to ensure smooth cargo movement. Requirements include a bachelor degree in Business, Transport, Logistics or Management and good English and Bahasa Malaysia; fresh grads with relevant degree may apply.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Import & Export Documentation for Liquid Bulk Shipment.
• Prepare Shipping Reports.
• Familiar with Incoterms - FOB, CFR, CIF.
• Experience with Chartering, Surveyor, or Seaman background is a plus.
• Must possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with Import & Export Documentation for Liquid Bulk Shipment.
• Prepare Shipping Reports.
• Coordinate on Domestic Trucking or Road Tankers.
• Monitoring of vessels for Import & Export.
• Liaise with Port Terminals, Shipping Agents, Port Authorities, Government Authorities.
• Handling of Custom declaration matters – Forwarding Agents.
• Banking Matters – LC/SBLC/TT; negotiate rates or fees.
• Attend on Board Vessels if necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business, Transport, Logistics or Management with minimum of 2-3 years working experience in shipping and logistics

Computer literate with basic Microsoft office knowledge

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional language would be added advantage)

Experience in chartering or surveyor background or seamen experience (cargo officer) – added advantage

Must possess own transport

Fresh Graduates may be considered if they possess a relevant Logistics degree

Candidates with only Containerized shipment experience need not apply
