Job summary

Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Export Sales Executive to drive sales for export markets and strengthen relationships with polymer product manufacturers. The role involves identifying new opportunities, promoting products, and gathering market intelligence to support strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has a relevant tertiary qualification and 1 year of export or B2B sales experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related field (Business, Marketing, International Trade, Chemical Engineering or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve targets for assigned export markets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, primarily polymer product manufacturers.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the company’s presence internationally.
• Introduce and promote new products to targeted customer groups.
• Gather and provide timely market intelligence, including customer trends and competitor activities, to support management in strategy and action plan development.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide solutions and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Undertake other tasks or projects as assigned by superiors.
