Job summary
Lotte Chemical Titan Malaysia is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator with 2–3 years in shipping and logistics. The role handles import/export documentation, prepares shipping reports, and coordinates domestic trucking.
You will liaise with port terminals, shipping agents, and authorities to ensure smooth cargo movement. Requirements include a bachelor degree in Business, Transport, Logistics or Management and good English and Bahasa Malaysia; fresh grads with relevant degree may apply.
Qualifications
- Familiar with Import & Export Documentation for Liquid Bulk Shipment.
- Prepare Shipping Reports.
- Familiar with Incoterms - FOB, CFR, CIF.
- Experience with Chartering, Surveyor, or Seaman background is a plus.
- Must possess own transport.
Responsibilities
- Familiar with Import & Export Documentation for Liquid Bulk Shipment.
- Prepare Shipping Reports.
- Coordinate on Domestic Trucking or Road Tankers.
- Monitoring of vessels for Import & Export.
- Liaise with Port Terminals, Shipping Agents, Port Authorities, Government Authorities.
- Handling of Custom declaration matters – Forwarding Agents.
- Banking Matters – LC/SBLC/TT; negotiate rates or fees.
- Attend on Board Vessels if necessary.
