Job summary

TMK Chemical Bhd. is seeking sales-oriented individuals for a role in Pasir Gudang. The position offers on-the-job training, opportunities to grow, and potential international exposure.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with higher salaries for experienced candidates, and Mandarin-speaking profiles are preferred to engage with clients. The role focuses on selling basic commodity chemicals, identifying new business, and achieving sales targets while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Salary: Up to RM4,000 for fresh graduates. Higher salaries are offered to candidates with relevant experience and seniority.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for sales of basic commodity chemicals to existing and new customers.

To identify, explore and develop new business opportunities.

Ensure sales target and profit are achieved.

Establish and maintain good rapport with client through active follow-up and regular sales visits.

To monitor latest development and challenges in the market and assist the superior / Management on the market strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Fresh graduates to be considered for entry level.

Relevant working experience in related industry will be an added advantage.

Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Detail-oriented, analytical and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Candidates must be willing to be based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Fresh graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in Sales are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will be considered for an entry-level Sales position with a salary package of up to RM4,000.
