Job summary
Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang,Johor is seeking a Technician, Lab for the Plastic Technical Centre (PTC) to perform analyses, ensure compliance with ISO quality and SHE systems, and maintain data and equipment in the PTC e-Lab.
The role involves carrying out lab/machine shop tests, documenting results, and upholding safety rules. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with 13th month pay and housing allowance mentioned in the benefits.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Applied Science / Material Science / Polymer Science /Chemistry / Science and related field.
- Experienced in chemical and physical lab equipment testing.
- Able to write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities
- Understand and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Carry out laboratory/machine shop analyses and processes per SOPs and document data in PTC e-Lab system.
- Maintain housekeeping and discipline in the lab/machine shop and surrounding area.
- Report any abnormalities during testing to the supervisor.
- Perform equipment verification and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in writing and implementing operating procedures and work instructions.
- Execute assignments delegated by the supervisor competently.

To understand and comply to standard Quality System (ISO 9001), SHE System (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) requirements
To adhere and enforce safety rules and procedures
To carry out all laboratory/machine shop analysis / processes assigned by immediate supervisor as according to standard operating procedures and maintain all data generated.
Report and record all processing parameters and evaluation findings into PTC e-Lab system,
Maintain good housekeeping and discipline in the laboratory/machine shop and its vicinity.
To perform and report any abnormality during testing/ in laboratory/machine shop to the immediate superior.
To carry out equipment verification and maintenance tasks.
To assist in writing, implementing of operating procedures and work instruction.
To execute the assignments delegated by the supervisor competently.
Requirements:
Diploma in Applied Science / Material Science / Polymer Science /Chemistry / Science and related field.
Experienced in chemical and physical lab equipment testing.
Heavy lifting and handling.
Able to write and communicate in English.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
