Job summary

Transpak Worldwide Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Shipping Assistant to support import and export operations by handling shipping documentation, coordinating shipment arrangements, and ensuring timely processing in line with company procedures.

You will prepare export permits and shipping docs, liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams, and keep records up to date to enable smooth logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or admin support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export permits and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Update shipment bookings and freight details in Excel.
• Arrange permits and Phyto certs for export shipments.
• Support import/export documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.
• Maintain shipment records and filing for audit purposes.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues.
• Assist with freight billing verification and invoice checks.
