• Understand and comply with all related operating processes.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers and transporters on day-to-day issues and order planning for shipment delivery or collection.
• Verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Record shipment information such as weight, measurements and charges.
• Generate and maintain accurate delivery and receiving documentation.
• Timely report any anomalies during weighbridge operations and update delivery documentation in the system.
• Enter production data and mark items in the CRM.
• Perform any other duties.
