Job summary

MS Supply Chain Solutions (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics professional to handle export and shipping operations from booking through ETD, including documentation and invoicing. The role requires coordinating air, sea, and land shipments and managing cross-border trucking from Singapore.

Responsibilities include arranging warehouse stock movements, scheduling deliveries, handling customs paperwork, and supporting audits while ensuring accurate billing and filing of documents.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Management / Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Applicant must be willing to base at Perai, Penang.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle export and shipping operations from booking to ETD, including preparation of DO, invoice, and packing list.
• Manage shipping activities by coordinating air, sea, and land shipments, including cross-border trucking from Singapore.
• Arrange warehouse stock movements and delivery schedules within branch.
• Handle direct export shipments and rework requests, including customs documentation.
• Support audit requests and ensure proper billing and filing of shipping documents.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
• Perform other logistics- and warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
