Job summary

EMPEROR MARINE MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Sales / Marketing Manager/Executive to support the Sales & Marketing Department in Malaysia. The role covers documentation, communications, and coordination across sales, marketing, and export operations, with emphasis on overseas shipments and customer inquiries.

You will prepare documentation, liaise with forwarders, monitor shipment progress, issue invoices and packing lists, maintain customer data and assist auditors, while

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.
• A team player with resourcefulness as an essential skill for problem solving.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, organized with sense of responsibilities and positive working attitude.
• Willing to work in Sitiawan, Perak.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales/Marketing Manager in managing documentation and communications.
• Prepare all documentation pertaining to overseas shipment and liaise with forwarders.
• Monitor shipment progress with cargo readiness and container status.
• Monitor bank issues pertaining to export documentation and update sales status.
• Issue invoices, DOs, GRNs, proforma invoices, and packing lists.
• Handle quotations, orders, customer inquiries, packaging, and artwork.
• Maintain customer database and monitor credit limits.
• Assist auditor and Health Certificate documentation as needed.
