Job summary

Central Medicare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to manage shipping operations from ex-factory to delivery, coordinate with Sales, and ensure accurate and timely documentation. You will generate invoices and packing lists, verify documents from forwarders, and support shipment-related applications as required.

The role requires effective communication across departments and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient and effective shipping operation processes meeting plan schedule
• Ensure container and vessel booking as per committed delivery date or instruction by shipping personnel
• Feedback shipment date to Sales Personnel and Customers
• Reply to inquiries from Sales Personnel and Customers related to product or shipment
• Act as key coordinator and communicate with relevant departments for shipment arrangement to ex-factory
• Generate Invoice, packing list for shipment, and shipping documents
• Submit shipping documents to relevant parties on time
• Ensure accuracy and up-to-date content of shipping documents
• Support application documents for shipment when required
• Verify documents from forwarder, forwarding agent, or transporter before submission to Account Department
