Job summary

SITC Container Lines Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Shipping Customer Service / Documentation Executive – Import & Export to support our growing intra-Asia operations. The role focuses on handling sea freight export bookings, B/L confirmations, cost settlements, and account reconciliations while coordinating with sales to deliver end-to-end shipment documents.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay, proficient with MS Office and Excel, and able to respond promptly to

• Sea freight export booking, B/L confirmation, cost settlement, and account reconciliation.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing to handle shipment documents from start to finish (one-stop service).
• Respond to client inquiries regarding import/export logistics and shipment processes.
• Organize and archive shipping documents and paperwork.
• Handle customer complaints, disputes, and other tasks assigned by superiors.
