Job summary

DTS GROUP SDN BHD in Klang is seeking a Senior Executive to manage Import/Export customer service and documentation. You will prepare and manage import/export documents, coordinate shipments, monitor statuses, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with customs/regulatory requirements, and proficiency in MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided; you will work closely with Sales and Export teams to support operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a logistic or administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken proficiency in English and Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to join our Import/Export & administration team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Prepare and manage import/export and shipping documents.

Coordinate shipment arrangements with internal departments and logistics providers.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.

Assist with import/export permits, customs, and regulatory requirements.

Handle customer enquiries and provide good customer service.

Support sales administration, quotations, and order updates.

Qualifications:

Fluent written and Spoken Proficiency is a MUST in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Familiar with authority system such as FOSIM, MITI etc.

Proficient in using various office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
