Job summary

SITC Container Lines Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics professional to manage sea freight export bookings, B/L confirmations, and cost settlements. You will coordinate with sales to prepare complete shipment documents and respond to client inquiries on import/export processes.

The role requires a degree or fresh graduate status, proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, and solid MS Office/Excel skills. Training provided; base location Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or fresh graduates (internship) required.
• Mandarin, English and Malay language proficiency required.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

• Responsible for sea freight export booking, B/L confirmation, cost settlement, and account reconciliation
• Coordinate with sales/marketing to handle shipment documents from start to finish (one-stop service)
• Respond to client inquiries regarding import/export logistics and shipment processes
• Organize and archive shipping documents and paperwork
• Handle customer complaints, disputes, and other tasks assigned by superiors
