Humanetics Precision Metal Fabrication (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Account Manager (Sheet Metal Precision) to maintain positive client relationships, prepare proposals, and manage orders. You will coordinate drawings, ECNs, pricing, and timetables, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the sheet metal precision industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and facilitate cross-selling of products and services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Process FA drawings, technical documents, and customer orders accurately.
• Review mass production orders, including pricing, delivery schedules, and revision levels; track order status and shipments.
• Handle and confirm Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) with internal teams and customers.
• Conduct basic cost analysis for new products and support pricing decisions.
• Follow up on customer complaints and provide feedback to relevant departments to ensure resolution.
• Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and collecting feedback.
• Perform account reconciliation and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support timely payment collection.
