Job summary

Upright Talent in Malaysia is seeking a candidate with proven experience in sheet metal or machining manufacturing to manage RFQ handling, costing, and key account activities. • Proven experience in sheet metal or machining manufacturing industry.
• Experience in handling RFQ and customer-related matters is required.
• Managerial or project leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of costing, RFQ, and manufacturing flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful execution.
• Handle RFQ and project quotations.
• Oversee customer accounts and ensure on-time delivery schedules are met.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage pre- and post-sales activities and key account management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
