Qualifications

• Proven experience in an account executive or client-facing accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and records.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Professional, courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Proactive problem-solving approach to client concerns.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/metal industry practices is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Process invoices, quotations and financial documents accurately and promptly.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments to resolve queries and enable smooth transactions.
• Prepare and present account statements, reports and financial summaries to clients.
• Monitor account activities and ensure payments are collected within agreed timelines.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Maintain detailed and organized account records in company systems.
• Contribute to development and implementation of account strategies to improve retention.
• Assist accounting team with general administrative tasks as required.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding payment schedules and product updates.
