Qualifications

• < 140 chars: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Investment or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in stockbroking operations or related function.
• Basic knowledge of Futures products features is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process account management activities: opening, updating, and closing accounts.
• Monitor margin calls and client fund movements.
• Verify invoices and liaise with relevant department for payment.
• Perform timely trade settlements with Bursa.
• Execute trade allocations and amendments.
• Verify beneficial ownership of deposits, withdrawals, and cash adjustments.
• Liaise with FBRs/remisiers for arising matters.
• Monitor back-office system database backups.
• Prepare regulatory and management reports weekly/monthly/as-required.
• Maintain regular filing to keep records up to date.
• Perform other ad-hoc operational duties as required.
