Job summary

Hong Leong Investment Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support client CDS and trading account openings. You will perform initial checks for document completeness, enter data into CDS, SVS, WinOPS and NBOS, and maintain orderly records.

The role covers routine account updates, signature matching, and end-of-day reconciliation tasks. Fresh Diploma holders are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided; proficiency in Word and Excel and strong communication in English

Qualifications

Diploma in Business, Finance, Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of clerical or administrative experience (stockbroking/banking/financial services preferred). Fresh Diploma holders welcome; on-the-job training provided.
Proficient in Word and Excel; data entry accuracy; attention to detail; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform initial checks on CDS and trading account opening forms for completeness and clarity.
Key in account data into Bursa Malaysia CDS, SVS, WinOPS and NBOS accurately.
Process routine account updates, openings, closures and reactivations for CDS/trading accounts.
Match client signatures against system records during maintenance or closures.
Support day-end reconciliation of CDS fees and print stock balance statements on request.
Scan signature cards and upload signatory details; maintain physical and digital records.
