Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is hiring an Operation & Customer Service Executive to greet walk-in customers, process transactions accurately, and discuss needs to cross-sell banking products. You will drive excellent service, meet targets for CASA and fixed deposits, open accounts, and promote PL, credit cards and other bank offerings while maintaining compliance and security at branch level.

You'll also handle cash balancing, participate in risk controls, attend trainings, and support branch

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen; fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience welcome.
• Experience in financial institutions or banking preferred.
• Customer interaction, cash handling, and sales experience.
• Basic banking knowledge.
• High integrity and accountability.
• Professional appearance and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers to process transactions accurately.
• Discuss customer needs and cross-sell CASA, FD, PL, Credit Cards.
• Open new accounts and promote bank products.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and CSAT.
• Follow cash handling, end-of-day balancing, and RCSA checks.
• Adhere to code of conduct and participate in trainings.
