Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT targets.
Carry targets for product growth and account openings; cross-sell PL, cards, and offerings.
Learn and use iPads/devices for customer service and cross selling.
Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator on rotation and assist in service calls.
Support Digital Transformation initiatives and OTC migration where applicable.
Maintain branch staffing levels and adhere to SOPs and conduct guidelines.
