Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Customer Service and Operations Executive to engage with walk-in customers, process transactions, and discuss needs for cross-selling. You will be the first contact to recommend bank products and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer interaction and cash handling is preferred.
• Strong communication and service mindset for cross-selling banking products.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and achieve CSAT targets.
• Carry clear targets for CASA and FD growth and cross-sell Credit Cards and other products.
• Learn and use tablets for service and cross selling, and assist in calling customers for service interactions.
• Process transactions accurately, balance cash, and adhere to risk controls and conduct guidelines.
