Job summary

Baxter Healthcare (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support commercial, supply chain and Technical Service activities. The role includes quotations, work order processing, invoicing, service contract maintenance in the system, and purchase order creation.

Ideal candidates have 2 years’ relevant experience, are customer oriented, and proficient in English and Microsoft Office, with knowledge of ERP systems (preferably JDE).

Qualifications

• 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as JDE

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming customer queries
• Prepare quotations for spare parts and service contracts
• Process invoices and maintain service contracts in the system
• Create and manage purchase orders and procurement activities
• Maintain and monitor service agreements in the delivery system and ERP
• Coordinate with supply chain on availability and delivery
• Support accounts receivable and reconciliation processes
• Handle warranty claims and logistics for repaired goods
