Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Malaysia to support commercial, supply chain and Technical Service daily operations, including quotations, work orders, invoicing and service contract maintenance in the system. You will manage customer inquiries, prepare spare parts quotations, process invoices, and coordinate with vendors and the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and accurate postings.

The role requires teamwork and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Customer oriented with good communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of service delivery system.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably JDE.
• Willing to work independently with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer queries.
• Prepare quotations for spare parts and service contracts.
• Process service invoicing and document filing.
• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Maintain service agreements in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with supply chain on spare parts availability.
• Support end-to-end hardware tracking and export logistics of repaired goods.
• Assist finance with accounts receivable and billing follow-ups.
