Job summary

Baxter International is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support commercial, supply chain and Technical Service operations. The role involves handling customer queries, preparing quotations, invoicing, and maintaining service contracts in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate offers 2 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably JDE).

Qualifications

• 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Customer oriented traits and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer queries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare quotations for spare parts and service contracts as required.
• Process service invoices and file documents per quotation, PO, or contract.
• Handle indirect purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
• Maintain and monitor service agreements in the ERP system.
• Create/extend spare part items and issue POs to vendors.
• Coordinate with supply chain on availability and delivery dates.
