Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Service Planner (Admin & Customer Service) on a 6-month contract in Shah Alam. You will plan customer service appointments, coordinate with the service team, and ensure accurate data entry into the in-house system.

The role offers a competitive base salary with a contractual bonus and career opportunities, plus full product training and hands-on support from the Service and Operation teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in any field is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in capacity analyses and service scheduling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and fluent spoken English over the phone required.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan customers’ service appointments and coordinate with service team to create optimal schedules.
• Ensure all data are accurately input into the in-house system.
• Follow up with service team to avoid backlogs.
• Analyse service team capacity data for schedule improvements.
• Attend monthly stock take and prepare stock closing reports.
• Compile service reports and invoices to customers on request.
• Prepare monthly reports.
