Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Project Team Lead (Pest Control) to supervise Project Specialists, plan service schedules, and drive capability development across Operations. Based at our Shah Alam offices, you will lead a team of around 10, ensuring safety, compliance, and high standards of service.

You will receive product training and guidance from Service and Operations teams, with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus, and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related discipline with proven track record in managing staff.
• Experience in operations and service industries is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to client locations and hold a valid Goods Delivery License (GDL) and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise service schedules to optimize manpower and resources.
• Support project deployment and develop capability of our people.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during fumigation and service.
• Coordinate training sessions and coaching for Project Specialists and Supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records and support inventory and asset management.
