Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Service Planner on a 6 months contract to plan customer service appointments and coordinate with the service team for optimal schedules.

You will ensure data is entered accurately in the in-house system, follow up to prevent backlogs, and prepare monthly reports.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree and at least 2 years of experience in capacity analyses and service scheduling, plus strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in capacity analyses and service scheduling.
• Strong communication and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan customers’ service appointments and coordinate with service team to create optimal schedule.
• Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with service team to ensure no service backlogs.
• Analyse service team capacity data for service schedule improvement.
• Attend monthly stock take and prepare stock closing reports.
• Compile service reports and invoice to customer upon request.
• Prepare monthly reports.
