Rentokil Initial in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Admin to join our team in Shah Alam. You will support sales operations, verify documents, process high volumes of entries, and ensure data accuracy as part of a larger service and operations group.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
• Multilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales documents as per SOP and input high volumes of entries.
• Maintain weekly & monthly sales statistics reports.
• Act as data integrity gatekeeper and update customer records.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
