Job summary

Rentokil Initial Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Admin to join our Shah Alam branch. You will verify sales documents, process high volumes of entries, and maintain accurate data across our in-house system with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales documents verification as per Company SOP.
• Handle high volumes of sales entries, contract repackaging, terminations, renewals, and price changes.
• Update and maintain all sales entries and related data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Statistics reports and portfolio reconciliations.
• Act as data integrity gatekeeper, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
• Keep customer records up to date and compliant.
• Input data accurately into the in-house system.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Admin to join our team.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Performing sales documents verification once received from branches as per Company SOP.
• Performing HIGH VOLUMES of new sales sales entries, contract repackaging, terminations, reduction, trial, conversion, fixed contract renewal, price increase, invoice frequency changes and other sales related documents.
• Performing every sales entries transaction update.
• Perform & maintains weekly & monthly Sales Statistics report, Portfolio Reconciliation accuracy.
• Be a compliance gatekeeper, not only responsible for data entries, but also for verifying the integrity of data received.
• Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
• Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field
• Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and meet targets while working as a team and independently
• Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently
• Ability to take initiative, be flexible and work collaboratively
