Job summary

Arachem (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a Services Engineer to provide after-sales technical support, conduct inspections, and prepare service reports. You will have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while ensuring optimal equipment performance.

A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience are required. The role includes regular interactions with clients in various industries, including food, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical service or field service.
• Good command of English and Malay required.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support, including installation and maintenance.

Job description

Provide after-sales technical support, including equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Perform product inspections to identify defects, diagnose issues, and recommend corrective actions or improvements.

Conduct systematic commissioning and testing of new equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Provide customers with technical guidance on the proper operation, maintenance, and care of equipment.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.

Prepare and submit accurate, detailed, and timely service reports after each service visit.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional and responsive technical support.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of relevant experience in technical service, field service, maintenance, or equipment support.

Good command of English and Malay.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.

Own transportation and willingness to travel to customer sites.
